HONG KONG - a joint orchestra project will showcase a comprehensive culture that is free of censorship and will help unite people from across Asia.

The project is called the “3rd School Orchestra Festival of Four Regions Across the Straits,” and they have previously performed in Macau and Guangzhou.

The student orchestra event features seven bands from Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China.

According to the South China Morning Post, the orchestra will be performing on Friday and Saturday night at Tsuen Wan Town Hall.

Last year, the difference in musical content was obvious when the host banned any religious work from being performed.

A spokesman said that the event regulations became too strict because the Guangzhou education and cultural bureau was the host.
